But a dozen eggs later, I got pretty good at it and even decorated it on the plate. I did have to take a fork and pull the white to the edge of the mold on a couple of them. |

| Step 4: Using a wide spatula, transfer your little owl to a plate and decorate! He’s a little creepy looking, like some sort of Zombie Owl, or an owl with cataracts at the very least. No one in my house eats eggs with runny yolks (Or Dippy Eggs if you are from Pennsylvania), so in order to get the yolks hard enough to be palatable, the eyes glazed over a little.
