Ingredients:
1 pound of ground hamburger (80/20 works best)
3/4 cup of Old Fashioned Oats
1 tsp Worshestershire
1 tsp Onion Flakes
1/2 tsp of Salt

NOTE: For larger quantities, this recipe doubles or even triples easily, but you will need to increase the bake time.

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. I prefer to mix by hand to make sure everything is combined well. Pack into a baking pan (or loaf pan) and bake until the edges are crisp. You are looking at about 45 minutes to an hour. It all depends on the size and shape of the pan and whether you made more than 1 batch at a time. When it is done, you will see it bubbling slightly around the edges and the edges with get a crispy golden brown. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
